April 2017 updates….
The main topics discussed in all our groups during this month were leadership for women and living a life with a purpose. We had an amazing time sharing on leadership for rural women and girls in the groups of MAD (Making A Difference) Sisters from Jinkfuin, Baingo and Aboh Villages during the month of April 2017.

We were elated to receive Mr Njuakom Francis, the Director of CDVTA (Community Development Volunteers for Technical Assistance) Cameroon, give some motivational talks to our girls and women from the group in Bamenda in these topics. Mr Njuakom is a motivational speaker with over 20 years of experience in development.
The group in Bamenda also had their first training on paper beads production. The paper beads are produced with recycled papers. We extend our sincere gratitude and appreciation to MARYLAND Printers, a printing press company in Bamenda City, which supported us with a generous supply of papers.
This activity will help the women/girls to generate some income for themselves and their families. We will present their various creations on this space in the days ahead!
